Secure print user box

To print a confidential document

Confidential documents are saved from the printer driver. An ID and pass-
word are specified for each confidential document when it is saved. When
printing the confidential document, enter this ID and password.

When "Secure Document Access Method" is set to "Mode 1"

On the System User Box tab, touch [Secure Print User Box].

Type in the ID for the confidential document, and then click [OK].
