Saving documents

Registering boxes

Before document data can be saved, a box must be created to save the data
in.
Up to 1,000 boxes can be created.
Up to 200 documents can be saved in a single box.
A total of 9,000 pages can be saved in all boxes.
A total of 3,000 documents can be saved in all boxes.
There are public user boxes, which can be used by more than one person,
and personal user boxes, which can be used only by a single person. For de-
tails on registering boxes, refer to "Registering boxes" on page 9-5 and
"Opening a box (User mode)" on page 10-18.
