Touch the button for the box where the document is to be moved.
Is a password required for moving data to a different box?

% It is not necessary to enter the password when moving data to a dif-
ferent box, even if a password has been specified for the box.

Check the settings, and then touch [OK].
The data is moved.
Note
The date and time that the document is moved is recorded under "Time
Stored".
