The LCD signal may be turned off automatically after the
VGA driver is installed, please press "Ctrl + Alt + F3" to
enable LCD signal again.
When you set up CRT + LCD as your default value, you
should especially notice CRT vertical frequency is above
60Hz. Or your CRT may suffer damage!!!
