Cause
The steam temperature has fallen to
115 °C.
The programmed water volume (liters /
months) has passed through the filter.
Beverage output is blocked!
The programmed number of beverages
(cups / month) has been reached.
Service is required.
The software and the processor are
restarted. The brewer moves into the
"Home" position.
Beverage output is blocked.
The water tank is empty.
The waste water tank is full.
The DECAF button was pushed to dispense
a DECAF beverage.
No milk foam / insufficient milk foam
Cause
The air hole on the expander is clogged.
The milk tubes do not touch the bottom of
the container.

What to do
Wait until the temperature has been reached
again.
If the message remains on the display:
Contact a qualified service technician.
The water filter must be replaced.
Contact a qualified service technician.
Contact a qualified service technician.
Switch the machine off and then back on.
If the message remains on the display:
Contact a qualified service technician.
Refill the water tank and insert it.
If the message remains on the display:
Contact a qualified service technician.
Empty the waste water tank.
Open the manual slot (tablet slot) and pour in
the DECAF powder (coffee powder).
What to do
1. Detach the expander [ 1 ].
2. Do not take the tubes out of the
holder [ 2 ].
Place the milk tubes into the container so
that they touch the bottom of the container.
3. Insert the instrument provided into the
air hole.
