Locate and remove the two screws securing the VersaGlide assembly to the front cover.

Disconnect the VersaGlide assembly cable from the LED status board.

Lift the VersaGlide assembly slightly to detach it from the securing clips.

Remove the VersaGlide assembly.

LED Status Board

Use the following steps to remove the LED status board from the system.
Remove the keyboard and front cover from the system.
1.
Turn the front cover over. Remove the speaker assembly. Locate the LED status board.
2.
If necessary, remove the VersaGlide cable from connector LP1 on the LED Status board.
3.
Locate the tabs securing the edges of the LED Status board.

Slide the LED status board out from under the securing tabs and remove the board.
