9.14 ActiveSync Connection Troubleshooting

The synchronization connection on the computer might be affected by
anti-virus or firewall software so that you can not successfully create a
synchronization connection between the phone and the computer. You may
try to solve the problem by canceling
Settings > Connection

Use the advanced network connection function

Select Connections
Then Press OK
Advanced Network Function
> USB to PC.
Select

Other > USB to PC
Then Press OK
in Start
Uncheck the

Activate Advanced
Network Function item
If the RNDIS service through
serial port connection is
cancelled, the connection
speed might be slower as a
result.
