9.12 ActiveSync Connection Troubleshooting

The synchronization connection on the computer might be affected by anti-virus or firewall software
so that you can not successfully create a synchronization connection between the phone and the
computer. You may try to solve the problem by canceling
Settings > Connection
It is strongly recommended to enable advanced network functionality when you are going to

transfer a large mount of files.
