Using.SoundPoint

To Place a Call

Line keys on the SoundPoint
Module activate available lines. To place a call
from an available line, press the corresponding
line key and dial the desired number,
OR
Press the line key of the Speed Dial assignment
you wish to call.

To Answer a Call

Press the line key with the flashing green LED
indicator.

Display Contrast

To adjust the contrast on the display to a comfortable level:
1. Press Menu
followed by Basic, Contrast.
2. The display on the SoundPoint Messages
Expansion Module(s) will change,
presenting a new display along Do Not Disturb
with line keys that are assigned Up
or Down status. Pressing the Up
or Down line keys will increase or
Hold Hold
decrease the display contrast.

Speed Dial

You can create up to 47 speed dial entries
when three SoundPoint
ules are attached. To add speed dial entries,
see the sections Contact Directory and
Speed Dial earlier in this User Guide.
The SoundPoint
®
assign line designations to the first available
line keys and then follow them with speed
dial assignments.
