5.5.6 Date And Time

Here you can set the internal real-time clock of the IP KVM SWITCH CLASSIC USB . You can
adjust the clock manually or use an NTP timeserver. Without a timeserver your time setting will
be lost if the IP KVM SWITCH CLASSIC USB is powered down for more than a few minutes. To
avoid this, you can use an NTP timeserver which sets up the internal clock automatically to the
current UTC time. Because the NTP server time is always UTC, there is a setting that allows
you to set up a static offset to get your local time.
Note: The IP ACCESS KVM SWITCH CLASSIC does not adjust to daylight saving time
automatically. So you have to set up the UTC offset according to the local conventions of
your country.
