You can create a conference with up to two other people that connect by audio
only and a multiple number of sites that connect by video (the exact number
of video calls you can add is determined by your system setup). At most, a
conference call can have two audio-only calls and multiple video calls.
The following figure shows a video conference. The video icon,
displays when at least one conference participant connects by video.
The following figure shows an audio-only conference. The handset icon,
, displays when all conference call participants connect using audio-only
endpoints.

Setting Up Conferences

You can set up a conference in two ways:
• If you have no active calls, or you have an active call or conference, use the
Add Phone or Add Video soft keys.
• If you have an audio-only call on hold and an active call, use the Join soft
key.
