Pull the 3-point belt through the
shoulder belt guide and belt
slot, only at the buckle side.
Follow the blue indications on
the seat. Tighten the 3-point
belt around the iZi Sleep (3).

Press the handle release
buttons on the inside of the
handle and move the carrying
handle (tensioner) to the
furthest possible of the 2 'safe-
to-drive' positions.
For better contact, position the
backrest of the vehicle seat
more upright (4).

Check the 'safe-to-drive'
indication near the handle
release button (5).

Positioned in the back seat of the vehicle, you should push the
front seat of the vehicle backwards, so that it is in contact with
the child seat. Positioned in the front seat , you should push
the front seat forwards, so that the child seat is in contact
with the dashboard. If this is not possible, leave a space of
minimum 25 cm between child seat and back rest of the front
seat or dashboard.

Removing iZi Sleep
• Push the handle release buttons and move the carrying
handle into carrying position. Then, release the 3-point belt
from the buckle and remove the belt from the belt guide.

Positioning the child

• To position your child, you can fold the carrying handle behind
the seat, by pressing both handle release buttons.
• Position the shoulder straps: Check that the shoulder strap slots
are levelled with your child's shoulders (6).

• To adjust the shoulder belts,
open the storage compartment
on the back side of the iZi
Sleep. Detach the harness
height adjuster and position
it in the correct position by
supporting the belt from the
inside. Make sure the adjuster is
clicked in (7).
