Account Number

An Account Number can be entered to debit telephone costs to different
accounts. Depending on the system configuration the Account Number has to
be entered from a Verified Account Number list (predefined) or you can invent
an own Account Number. The following prerequisites apply:
To use verified or your own Account Numbers, do the following:
1. Dial * 9 *.
2. Enter Account Number and press #. Valid digits 0–9.
3. After the internal dial tone make the external call.

Hot-line (Non-dialed Connection)

You can define an extension number as a direct hot-line number.
To make a call from this type of phone, do one of the following:
A call is automatically generated to a predefined number (either an extension
number or an external subscriber number).
The only call that can be placed from this type of line is the direct hot-line call.

Least Cost Routing

Least cost routing (LCR) is a feature that automatically selects the least
expensive way to connect an external call.

With the Verified Account Number you can restrict the making of external
calls (not a specific number or area), so everyone who is allowed to make
external calls will receive an Account Number which has to be used each

Verified Account Numbers contain up to 10 digits.
Own Account Numbers contain up to 15 digits.
Lift the handset.
Press a Line key.
