Problem
Coffee only drips out
while drawing off
Coffee flow is stopped
after the pre-brew
Grinder is very noisy
Not enough froth when
frothing milk
If these messages or problems still persist, please get in touch with your dealer or directly with the firm of Jura Elektroapparate AG.
Cause
– Powder too fine
– not enough powder in the system
– Foreign object in the grinder
– Frothing nozzle blocked
– Frothing nozzle in wrong
Action
– Adjust grinder to a coarser grinding
– Run one or two rinse programmes.
If the results are no better, clean the machine.
– Draw off one cup of coffee
– Proceed as described in point 13.4
– Clean frothing nozzle
– Draw off steam position(see point 10)
