To select all the arrhythmias in a group, use to scroll to the category
and to toggle the indicator to "ALL". To select none of the arrhythmias in a group,
use to toggle the indicator to "NO".

To select some of the arrhythmias in a group, use to display the list of
arrhythmias for a specific group. Then use to scroll through the
arrhythmias. Any arrhythmia marked with a check ( ) will be included in the subset. Use
to toggle the selection of an arrhythmia on and off.
NOTE: If the group is pre-selected with "ALL", all of the arrhythmias will be checked, thus
making it easy to deselect a few. If the group is pre-selected with "NO", none of the
arrhythmias will be checked, thus making it easy to select a few.
