Description :
Read the contents of a file.
- This command can be used to make a backup of your
projector files on your hard disk. Use the command "file,
write" to restore those files on your projector.
- The file contents is compressed and projector-dependent.
(It could even be version-dependent.)

Return data :
Data[0..12] = filename.
Data[13] = length of file contents (bytes)
Data[14..] = file contents
