Possible Causes
Replace the bulb.
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker.

Allow the oven to cool to below locking temperature.

Make sure you touch the BROIL HI/LO pad.
Adjust the rack position.
For best results, use a pan designed for broiling.

What To Do
Preheat the broil element for 10 minutes.
Broil for the longest period of time recommended.
