Link the paper trays
Canceling the link between paper trays
Press the 'Machine' key.
1.
Select the 'Paper trays' tab.
2.
Press the 'Link paper trays' key to select 'None'.
3.
Check
Quit the Key operator system.
1.
To check the selection, make a test copy job.
2.
Fill the main paper tray with a few sheets.
Fill the linked paper trays with the same sized paper.
The linked paper trays are used when the paper tray 4 is empty.
