Grasping the Lock Release Lever, open the

Duplex Unit.
Open the Misfeed Removal Guide

remove the sheet of paper.
Close the Duplex Unit.

4. When "Misfeeding Occurs."
While holding the Lock Release Lever, slide
the Sorter away from the unit.
Pull out the sheet of paper from the
Transport Section.
Slide the Sorter back against the printer.
