Saving paper settings

You can adjust the settings for your print and copy jobs to match the paper size and type you have loaded in the printer.

From the printer control panel, press

Adjust the settings as needed:

If you want to set the paper size, then navigate to:
Setup > > Paper Setup >
OK

If you want to set the paper type, then navigate to:
Setup > > Paper Setup >

Loading original documents on the scanner glass

Open the scanner cover and place the document facedown on the scanner glass.

Close the scanner cover.
