Forms Window

This window allows you to set up a Cover or
Trailer Page, or Print Overlay.
Print Cover Page
When selected a cover page will be printed at the
beginning of each print job. The File Name
designates the GDI file to be used as the cover
page (see page 3-16 for more information).
Print Trailer Page
When selected a trailer page will be printed after
each print job. The File Name designates the
GDI file to be used as the trailer page (see page
3-16 for more information).
