All adhesive label paper properties must match the
specifications listed in Table 6-3.
SPECIFICATION
No more than 0.0075 inches (0.19 mm)
The label stock must provide good toner adhesion.
No adhesive can be on the external label surfaces.
General label attachment/die-cutting cannot allow
for peeling during transport, printing, or electrical
fusing. Labels should cover the entire carrier
sheet.
Zero curl toward image side, minimum 30-degree
radius curl toward opposite side. Curl must be
within specifications after heating at 200˚ C
(392˚ F) for 0.1 second.

Cut sheets must be within ±0.0313 inch of nomi-
nal, corners at 90˚ ±0.2˚ .
Cannot scorch, melt, offset, or release hazardous

One year (minimum) stored at 22˚ C (71.6˚ F ) at
50% relative humidity.
100 to 250, Sheffield scale.
