pan!! Instead:
1. Turn off the element.
2. Smother the fire with a
tightly fitting pan lid, baking soda or an
extinguisher.
Be sure everyone in your home
knows what to do in case of fire.
Never use water on a grease fire.
it will only spread the flames.

1. Close oven door and turn controls
off.
2. If fire continues,throw baking soda
on the fire, or use a dry chemical,
foam,
or halon
type extinguisher.
