4. Remove the one screw, and the
Plate NIC Board.

1. Remove the Internet Fax & Network
Scan Kit from IC socket BC31 of the
Network Interface Card.
NOTE
Use the following precautions when
installing the Internet Fax & Network
Scan Kit.
• Before installing the Internet Fax &

Network Scan Kit, first remove the
Network Interface Card from the
copier.
• During installation, align the round
portion on the IC socket with the
cutoff corner of the Internet Fax &
Network Scan Kit.
