Oven Control Sleep Feature. Any time file oven is
not
ill use (no cooking, no cleaning, no help and
no timers) for more than 10 minums, tile (wen
conUol will go to sleep. While sleeping, the
control display will not show any mxt; it will go
blank. The clock will remain displayed in the time
and mmpemmre display unless tile "no clock,
option has been selecmd.
There will be no audible sigmN given to indicam
that the conuol is enmtJng tile sleep feature.
The control will enter the sleep feature even when
the conuol is locl<ed.
The user cannot
alIn
this feature OFF.
How to Exit the Sleep Feature. Touch any key. Tlle
flmction associamd with that key will not be starred,
but tile conn(fl display mmn iIlenu will reappear
1 SPEEDCOON. In Speedcook mode, the user
will be prompmd to enmr food camgo_ N
temperature and cooking time.
Speed bake--Bakes fbod fhsmr than uadifionN
cooking modes.
Speed broil--Broils fbod faster than nadifionN
Hi/Lo Broil
2 BAKE. Traditional bake mode.
CONVECTION. Conv 1-Rack--Convection
bake flmcfion used for baking on one rock.
Conv Multi--Convection bake flmcfion used
for baldng on more than one rack.
ConvRoast--Convecfion roast flmcfion.
4 BROIL.
LO & HI--Traditional broil flmcflon.
Speed broil

Defrost--This feature is used to thaw fiozen
foods. Enter the deflost time using the chart ill

Self-Clean--This feature cleans the (wen. See

Warmer--This fe.amre keeps hot, cooked food
waml for up to 3 hotn_. It is not inmnded for
reheating cold food. See tile How to Set the Over_

Proof--This f>amre maintains a warm
environment usefifl for rising yeast-leavened
products. It is not inmnded to keep food warm
or reheat cold food. See the How to Set the Over_

Warm (Cook & Hold)--When this fbaune is
turned on, it will keep hot, cooked foods warm
for up to 3 hotn_ following a Timed Bake
