Check Point
1. Remove the dust on the Starting Position
Sensor.
2. Execute Key / Sensor and Sensor
Sensitive Level tests on Sec. 9.3.6. to
check the sensor condition.
3. Check the connection between CN502
(STARTING POSITION SENSOR Board)
and CN512 (RELAY (FRONT) Board).
4. Check the STARTING POSITION
SENSOR Board.
Check point: IC502 - 3
· Approx. 4V (when IC502's LED is ON)
5. Replace the faulty cable.
6. Replace the IC502 or STARTING
POSITION SENSOR Board.
1. Restart the scanner to check whether the
same error message appears.
2. Remove the dust on the Starting Position
Sensor.
3. Execute Key / Sensor and Sensor
Sensitive Level tests on Sec. 9.3.6. to
check the sensor condition.
4. Check the connection between CN516
(RELAY (FRONT) Board) and CN1001
(CONTROL Board).
5. Check the RELAY (FRONT) Board.
Check point: Q502 - B, E
· Q502 - B (when IC502's LED is ON):
Approx. 4V
· Q502 - E (When IC502's LED is ON):
Approx. 3.4V
6. Check the CONTROL Board.
Check point: Q1022 - B
· 0.6V or more
7. Replace the faulty cable.
8. Replace the RELAY (FRONT) Board.
9. Replace the CONTROL Board.
