control circuit does not work
correctly.
Check Point
1. Check the soldering condition of the G/A 1
(IC1501) on CONTROL Board to repair it.
2. Replace the CONTROL Board.
1. Check the soldering condition of the G/A 2
(IC1502) on CONTROL Board to repair it.
2. Replace the CONTROL Board.
1. Remove the dust on the Waiting Sensor.
2. Execute Key / Sensor and Sensor
Sensitive Level tests on Sec. 9.3.6. to
check the sensor condition.
3. Check the connection between CN501
(WAITING SENSOR Board) and CN511
(RELAY (FRONT) Board)
4. Check the WAITING SENSOR Board.
Check point: IC501 - 3
· Approx. 4V (LED ON)
5. Replace the faulty cable.
6. Replace the IC501 or WAITING SENSOR
Board.
1. Restart the scanner to check whether the
same error message appears.
2. Remove the dust on the Waiting Sensor.
3. Execute Key / Sensor and Sensor
Sensitive Level tests on Sec. 9.3.6. to
check the sensor condition.
4. Check the connection between CN516
(RELAY (FRONT) Board) and CN1001
(CONTROL Board)
5. Check the RELAY (FRONT) Board.
Check point: Q501 - B, E
· Q501 - B (when IC501's LED is ON):
Approx. 4V
· Q501 - E (When IC501's LED is ON):
Approx. 3.4V
6. Check the CONTROL Board.
Check point: Q1021 - B
· 0.6V or more
7. Replace the faulty cable.
8. Replace the RELAY (FRONT) Board.
9. Replace the CONTROL Board.
