View Window or Whiteboard Window Operation
• Add a new page to the IPB document (Whiteboard window only)
In the Whiteboard mode, add a new page next to the last page of the IPB document.
When advancing the screen of the Interactive Panaboard during a meeting, add a new page.
(1) Click [Add New Page] in the [Edit] menu.
• A new page will be added next to the last page of the IPB document and the display
switched to that page.
Remark:
• A maximum of 50 pages can be recorded. This software cannot add more than 50 pages.
• Add a copy of the currently displayed page to the IPB document (Whiteboard
window only)
In the Whiteboard mode, add a copy of the page currently displayed in main view next to the last page of
the IPB document.
Use this to leave the current contents on the screen of the Interactive Panaboard unchanged while adding
new changes.
(1) Click [Add Copy Page] in the [Edit] menu.
• A copy of the currently displayed page will be added next to the last page of the IPB
document and the display switched to that page.
Remark:
• A maximum of 50 pages can be recorded. This software cannot add more than 50 pages.
• Delete currently displayed page
(1) Display the page you want to delete in the main view.
(2) Click [Delete Current Page] in the [Edit] menu.
• A dialog box will be displayed asking you to confirm the delete.
(3) Click the [OK] button to delete.
Note
• Use caution because deleted pages cannot be recovered to their original state by [Undo] in the [Edit]
menu.
• Select page
(1) Click
(2) Diagonally drag the mouse over the portion of the page you want to select.
• The selected area will be displayed in reverse.
• To select the entire page, click [Select All] in the [Edit] menu.
The entire page will be displayed in reverse.
Remark:
• To cancel the selected state, click outside of the selected area.
