Trim Controls
Phase Invert Inverts the phase (polarity) of the
input signal to change the frequency response
characteristics between multi-miked sources or
to correct for miswired microphone cables.
Gain Provides –∞ dB to +6 dB or +12 dB of gain
adjustment, depending whether the Gain toggle
is set to +6 or +12.
+6/+12 Gain toggle Switches the maximum
level of attenuation between –∞ dB to +6 dB and
–∞ dB to +12 dB.
Automation data adjusts to reflect the cur-
rent Gain setting. When working with au-
tomation data from an older version of the
Trim plug-in, ensure the Gain setting is set
at +6 dB.
Output Meter Indicates the output level, includ-
ing any gain compensation added using the
Gain control.
Mute Mutes the signal output.
