in this table is to be followed if the car has an
engine oil decal on the bonnet; see page 224
for location.

Extreme driving conditions
Check the oil more often in extreme driving
conditions such as alpine driving with a great
deal of engine braking or motorway driving at
high speed. These conditions may cause
abnormally high oil temperatures and oil
consumption.
Petrol engines: For extreme conditions,
choose a fully synthetic engine oil to provide
extra protection.

Important!
