System lock

The machine can be locked to ensure that it is not operated
by unsupervised children or persons who are unacquainted
with the operating instructions.
Before you can activate the system lock you must first do the
following via the Settings menu:
ESPRESSO
COFFEE
CAPPUCCINO
HOT WATER
^ Turn the right hand control until "Settings" is highlighted and
then press the control.
SETTINGS F
^ Turn the right hand control until "System lock" is highlighted
and then press the control.
The tick L will show if the system lock has been set to "Can
be activated" or "Cannot be activated".
^ Turn the right hand control until the "Can be activated"
option is highlighted and then press the control.
If you confirm the selection of "Cannot be activated" then
the machine cannot be locked. (safety feature)
^ Switch off the machine.
Lighting
^ Turn the right hand control until the W symbol is
highlighted and then press the control.
^ Turn the right hand control to "On" and then press the
control.
