Installing Fiery software
The User Software CD includes software installers for Fiery Link, ColorWise Pro
Tools, Fiery Downloader, and the Fiery Scan plug-in. Fiery utility software is
supported on Windows 95/98 and Windows NT 4.0 and must be separately installed
on each user's computer.
The User Software CD includes the installer for the Command WorkStation
application. Command WorkStation software is supported with Windows 95/98 and
Windows NT 4.0 only. It should be installed only on workstations that are designated
for Command WorkStation use.
Fiery Link, ColorWise Pro Tools, and Fiery Downloader
The installers for Fiery Link, ColorWise Pro Tools, and Fiery Downloader are similar.
Before you begin installation, determine the following:
• Where do you want to install the utility on your hard disk?
By default, the installer places Fiery Link, ColorWise Pro Tools, and Fiery
Downloader in a folder called "Fiery" in the Programs folder.
• What do you want to name the utility folder in the Windows\Start Menu\Programs
folder?
By default, the installer names the folder "Fiery."

1. If you are installing Fiery Link, double-click to open the Fiery Link folder.
If you are installing ColorWise Pro Tools, double-click to open the ColorWise Pro
folder.
If you are installing Fiery Downloader, double-click to open the Downloader folder.
2. Double-click the Setup.exe icon.
