Still Picture Mode

Use the still picture mode for normal shooting.

Set the mode dial to [

Press the shutter release button.
The image will be displayed and recorded.
Important
• Do not slide the card cover switch to remove the SD memory card,
or disconnect the AC adapter during recording.
• The autofocus LED or the flash LED blinks during recording. Wait
until recording has finished before turning the mode dial to another
setting or turning the camera off.

• The auto power off function will be triggered if the camera is left
turned on with no buttons operated for the preset time. When you

• If the distance to the subject
is less than about 40cm in
Tele mode or 14cm in Wide
mode, use macro mode. See
