• The file names on one memory card may not be continuous
in some cases.
• To return the sequential numbering to the default setting,
initialize the settings (p.103) and insert a memory card with
no images on it.
G When sequential numbering is OFF
Files are assigned the names RIMG0001 – RIMG9999.
When a new memory card is inserted, file names are assigned
in sequence from RIMG0001. When a memory card on which
files have been recorded is inserted, the consecutive numbers
on the card will be assigned.
• File names are assigned from RIMG0001 for each memory
card.
• When the file names reach RIMG9999, [FILE NUMBER
OVER] is displayed and no more images can be recorded.
