MUX Setup Options

The MUX Setup screen enables you to reset or reconfigure tuner/output assignments. To
access the MUX Setup screen, click on MUX Setup in the options panel at the left of the screen.
Note: If the system is set for RF 64-QAM output, the MUX Setup screen will show only four
streams. Streams 1, 2, 3, and 4 are configured by default when 64-QAM output is used, though
any four of the OAT100R tuners may be mapped to these streams.
Reset Tuner/Output Assignments
To reset the previous, i.e., last stored, tuner/output assignments, click on the Reset button at
the bottom of the Stream column. The tuner/output assignments will be reset immediately.
Modify Tuner/Output Assignments
This option enables you to reconfigure tuner/output assignments. Note that each tuner can
only be assigned to one output stream. For example: If Tuner 1 is currently streaming on
Stream 1, you cannot map Tuner 1 to any additional streams. To remap Tuner 1 to a new
stream, you must assign a different tuner to Stream 1.
1. Click on the down arrow at the right of each Tuner field you wish to reassign, and select
from the drop-down list of options the appropriate tuner number or N/C (no connection) for
the stream listed in the Stream column.
