Motor & Electrical

3. test for good contacts; correct the wiring.

2. only sand wood, ensure moisture is below 20%.

6. Clean/replace sandpaper; reduce feed rate/sanding
depth.

1. Reduce load on motor.
2. Clean off motor to provide normal air circulation.
1. inspect/replace damaged bolts/nuts, and re-tighten
with thread locking fluid.
2. fix/replace fan cover; replace loose/damaged fan.
3. test by rotating shaft; rotational grinding/loose shaft
requires bearing replacement.
4. inspect and repair/replace.
