1. Remove the LCD back cover

3. Carefully disconnect the floppy disk drive ribbon cable at point

4. Lift the floppy disk drive assembly
a. Remove the screws
from the FDD assem-
bly and disconnect the
FDD ribbon cable.
b. Lift the FDD assembly
off the board.
