Convertible Function
• By pressing the "Arctic Select Zone" button,you can select the proper temperaturefunction for your foods.
• It changes in the following sequence:Power Freeze,Freeze, Soft Freeze and Cool.
Power Freeze
• PowerFreezeworks for abouttwo and a half hourscontinuously,then it automaticallyreturns to the freezersetting
temperature.
This functioncan be usedfor speeding up the freezing processfor a short period And Ifyou need to freeze large
amount of food stuff, set the control as Freeze mode and followthe instructionof PowerFreezein page 7.
,_:_ Do not put bottles and glass containers in the freezer
,_:_ Power Freeze may be influenced by many factors such as the size and weight of foods, the space of foods,
the numbertimes the door is opened, etc.
,_:_ If his drawerwas operatingas a "Cool" zone, move fresh food to the fridge before the "Power Freeze"works.
Freeze
• "Freeze"function keeps the freezer setting temperature.
For example,if Freeze is set to -2°F,the Arctic Select Zone will be adjusted to the same temperature.
Soft Freeze
• Youcan use"Soft Freeze"functionto help keep meat and fish fresh for longerthan the Fridge.
• When "Soft Freeze"mode is selected,the compartmenttemperaturewill be approximately19.4°F(depending on
the ambienttemperature& amount stored).
- Meat can be stored safelyfor a longer period of time in this modethan in the other modes and has the advantage
that the meat will remain soft enoughto be easily sliced.
- Do not put bottlesand glass containersor foods that have a high water contentas these are liableto burst due to
the low temperature.
Cool
• You can use the "Cool"function to store more fresh foods.
• "Cool" temperature is about 38°F.
- If"Freeze"or "Soft Freeze"is selected, move the frozen foods to the freezer beforethe "Cool" works.
Partition
• Use to organizefoods in the drawer.
Drawer
• The drawer can be converted to store either fresh or frozen food.
