1. Seat upright, and adjust the seat to align the pivot point of your knees with the pivot of the leg
extension/curl
arm.
2. Extend your legs upward
and hold position momentarily.
3. Slowly return to the staffing position.
STANDING
LEG CURL

Finish
1. Adjust the upper roller pad to hit just above
your knee.
Hook one foot under the lower roller pad.
2. Curl your leg upward
and hold position momentarily.
3. Slowly return to the starting
position.
