Space: [The 1 key]. Enters a space between words
when entering a name in a text field.
Display: Displays menu items and messages from
the HP Fax.
Key pad: Dials telephone and fax numbers and
eniers letters and symbols in text fields, The phone
key pad is also used for one-touch dialing
Symbols: [The 0 key]. Used to enter special
characters when entering a name in a text field.
St:_'d Dial: [The # key], Stores and dials 80 or
100 (varies by model) telephone!fax numbers.

. When you are entering numbersor text, movesthe
cursor to the digit or character to be edited_
* V/hen Menu has been pressed,displays the next

o When no other bulton has been pressed,adjustslhe
ringer volume,
• If the handset isoff hook, adjuststhe handset
volume.
• When Loudspeaker or Spenkerphone has been
