Reserving a transmission

It is possible to reserve the next transmission while the machine is commu-
nicating or printing. This function is called reserved transmission.
Note
[Off-Hook] cannot be used for reserved transmission.

Touch [Next Fax/Scan Job].
– If [TX Display] or [Copy Operating Screen] is not set to [Yes], [Next
Fax/Scan Job] will not be displayed.
– Refer to "Setting the screen during fax operation (FAX Active
Screen)" on page 10-22 regarding screen display settings during
transmissions.
– For details on the screen display settings while printing, refer to the
User's Guide [Copy Operations].
