Does the copying operation stop when a
jam occurs?
Are the following sensors functioning nor-
mally?

• Pre-registration paper sensor (Q2)
• Delivery paper sensor (Q8)
Does the trouble disappear when the con-
trol panel is replaced?

Is the connector J39 of the pin inside the
upper front cover connected?
Set the meter to the 12VDC range. Con-
nect the (+) lead to J304-2 (BTEP) and the
(-) lead to J304-1 (GND) on the DC con-
troller PCB. Is the voltage approx. 0V?
Does the problem disappear when the con-
trol panel is replaced?
