5.6 Final Calibration

Before starting the final calibration you must have done the WarmingUp &
PreCalibration (section 5.5)!
The final calibration requires input conditions that will be described in each step. After
starting a step, several steps that require the same input conditions will be done
automatically. So if you start for example calibration step CL 0915, the calibration can
include also step CL 0916, and at the end the display then shows CL 0916: READY
You must always start the Final Calibration at the first step, see Section 5.6.1. Starting at
another step will make the calibration invalid!
If you proceeded to calibration step N (for example step CL 0620), then return to a
previous step (for example step CL 0616) , and then calibrate this step, the complete final
calibration becomes invalid; then you must repeat the calibration starting at 5.6.1.
It is allowed to repeat a step that shows the status
Error messages
Proceed as follows if an error message

If the error persists the test tool is defective.

5.6.1 Input A LF-HF Gain

Proceed as follows to do the Input A LF-HF Gain calibration:
1. Connect the test tool to the 5500A as shown in Figure 5-3.
