5. Führen Sie die Umkehrhebelachse e durch den Steuerriemen q.
6. Drücken Sie die Umkehrhebelachse e um 5 mm aus der Nut für den Haltering E !3 .
* Falls die Umkehrhebelachse e um mehr als 5 mm hinausgezogen wird, lösen sich die Teile im Innern des Arms, so daß der
Wiedereinbau schwierig ist.
7. Bringen Sie den Haltering E !3 an der Umkehrhebelachse e an.
8. Stoßen Sie die Umkehrhebelachse e ganz in den Arm hinein. (Stoßen Sie die Achse soweit hinein, daß der Haltering E !3 am
inneren Teil des Lochs anliegt.)
9. Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe !4 auf die Umkehrhebelachse e.
10. Setzen Sie die Unterlegscheibe !2 auf die Umkehrhebelachse e und ziehen Sie die Schraube !1 fest.
11. Kontrollieren Sie, ob sich die Umkehrhebelachse e leichtgängig drehen läßt.
5. Insérer l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse par la boucle de la courroie de synchronisation q.
6. Pousser l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse de 5 mm hors de la rainure pour installer la bague de retenue E !3 .
* Si l'on fait sortir l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse de plus de 5 mm, les pièces situées à l'intérieur du bras se désengageront
et le montage deviendra plus difficile.
7. Installer la bague de retenue E !3 sur l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse.
8. Pousser l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse à fond dans le bras. (Le pousser jusqu'à ce que la bague de retenue E e se
trouve contre la partie la plus profonde du creux.)
9. Placer la rondelle !4 sur l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse.
10. Placer la rondelle !2 sur l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse, puis serrer le boulon !1 .
11. Vérifier si l'arbre e du levier de couture inverse tourne facilement.
5. Insertar el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e en el lazo de la correa de sincronización q.
6. Empujar el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e 5 mm desde la ranura para instalación del anillo de retención E !3 .
* Si el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e se saca hacia afuera más de 5 mm, las partes en el interior del brazo se
desengancharán y el armado resultará mucho más difícil.
7. Instalar el anillo de retención E !3 en el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e.
8. Empujar el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e completamente hacia adentro del brazo. (Empujar hacia adentro hasta
que el anillo de retención E !3 se encuentre contra la parte más profunda de la parte hueca.)
9. Ubicar la arandela !4 en el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e.
10. Ubicar la arandela !2 en el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e, y luego apretar el perno !1 .
11. Verificar que el eje de la palanca de puntada hacia atrás e gira fácilmente.
5. Insert the reverse stitching lever shaft e through the loop of
the timing belt q.
6. Push the reverse stitching lever shaft e out 5 mm from the
groove for installing retaining ring E !3 .
* If the reverse stitching lever shaft e is pulled out by more
than 5 mm, the parts inside the arm will become disen-
gaged and assembly will become more difficult.
7. Install retaining ring E !3 to the reverse stitching lever shaft
e.
8. Push the reverse stitching lever shaft e all the way into the
arm. (Push in until retaining ring E !3 is against the deeper
part of the hollow.)

9. Place the washer !4 onto the reverse stitching lever shaft
e.
10. Place the washer !2 onto the reverse stitching lever shaft
e, and then tighten the bolt !1 .
11. Check that the reverse stitching lever shaft e turns easily.
