The starting-up speed at the sewing start can
be adjusted.
* The smaller the number, the slower the start.
* This is used to stop the thread from pulling
out at the sewing start, and at times when
skipped stitches might easily occur.
430F: Medium-weight materials (-03), knitted wear (-0K), foundation garments (-0F)
