Action
Check all contacts and
cables. If tests fail, replace
the printheads. If failure
still occurs, replace engine
board.
Check the printhead and
tank contacts.Check the
carrier to engine cables.
Check the printhead and
tank memory chip
placement.
If the problem remains,
replace the engine board.

Replace printheads. See

printhead memory are still
invalid, replace engine
