6 Windows Printing
This section describes how to configure a printer, how to setup a document
for printing, and how to print from an application.
6.1

Page Setup

Before you can print a document, you must determine its size and
orientation. Usually, the size and orientation of a new document are
predefined as A4 or Letter and portrait, so you may not need to care.
To determine the document page size, select [File] » [Page Setup] (or a
similar command, depending on your application).
In the resulting dialog, select the size, orientation (portrait or landscape),
and margins to be used for your document.
The paper sizes of the copier are described in section 12 "Paper sizes".
How to print full bleed using wide document page sizes and wide paper
sizes (only for documents created with older versions of the printer driver)
is described in the section below.
