ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED
STEP 7. Assembly of Upper Handrail to Lower Handrail.
1.1 Fit the upper left handrail into lower left handrail; fasten it with nuts and bolts.
1.2 Repeat for right side.
Caution:
1. The upper left and right handrails are different. Check the labels for proper assembly.
