Disassembly - Eton ATV RXL 50 Service Manual

DISASSEMBLY

Unscrew the float chamber screws and remove
the float chamber.
Disassembly the float arm pin, float and
float needle valve.
Inspect the seat of the float needle valve for
wear or damage.
Disassembly the idle jet, main jet, idle speed adjust
screw and idle mixture adjusts screw.
Inspect all the jets and screws for wear or damage.
Clean the passages and jets with compressed air.
