Press the up u or down d button to
select the desired frame rate and then
press the OK button E.
One of the following frame rates is set:
[30fps] : Shoots at 30 fps (default)
[15fps] : Shoots at 15 fps

Press the MENU button K.
The selected frame rate appears on the LCD monitor.

This setting is retained when you turn the camera off.
